"Surface scans" to evaluate status quo service levels and service gaps. A surface scan of prevailing circumstances within an organization whereby the focus point is the status quo of service delivery. A detailed report outlining the areas of concern is then submitted to management to use as a tool during for strategic interventions or budget processes
